Conversation without execution
Classic chat interfaces stop at the answer. Users still need to translate ideas into tasks, documents, workflows and follow-ups.
AI-ONE is the operational intelligence layer of AGI-ONE. It understands business requests, retrieves enterprise context, activates specialized agents, uses governed tools and data, and turns conversations into executable workflows.
Most AI assistants answer questions. Enterprise teams need an AI that can act inside a governed operating system: read context, select tools, trigger agents, manage files, update memory, and leave an auditable trail.
Classic chat interfaces stop at the answer. Users still need to translate ideas into tasks, documents, workflows and follow-ups.
AI tools, documents, files, reports and automation systems are disconnected. The user becomes the integration layer.
Project decisions, preferences and context remain scattered across chats, inboxes and documents instead of becoming reusable knowledge.
Enterprise AI needs identity, policy, audit, cost control and deployment flexibility. These cannot be bolted on after the fact.
AGI-ONE is the platform. AI-ONE is the Super Agent that makes the platform operational for humans: one conversational interface that coordinates memory, data, agents, tools and communication.
AI-ONE turns a natural-language request into an operational sequence. The user speaks in business language; AI-ONE resolves the context, selects the execution path and stores the outcome.
Detects intent, urgency, domain and expected output from the user request.
Loads relevant memory, documents, project files and platform knowledge.
Builds the execution path: answer, tool call, agent workflow or multi-step loop.
Activates the right agents, tools and gateways through AGI-ONE.
Creates tasks, reports, files, media, messages or structured outputs.
Updates memory, worklogs and reusable knowledge for future interactions.
The first version of AI-ONE focuses on productivity, memory, project support, document intelligence, media generation, file system operations and agent orchestration.
Stores preferences, project facts and reusable knowledge, then retrieves them semantically when they matter.
Uploads and queries PDFs, DOCX, Markdown and text documents through a dedicated retrieval workspace.
Chooses MCP tools and specialized agents, extracts parameters and coordinates execution from natural language.
Browses, reads, creates folders and saves files in the user's governed workspace.
Transforms requests into structured tasks, reminders, priorities and channels through Taskettier integration.
Maintains project worklogs, memory files, document folders and contextual project sessions.
Generates images, video and audio cards directly in chat, with gallery, download and regeneration flows.
Sends email, Telegram, Whatsapp and future channel notifications through the Communication Gateway.
Guides users across AGI-ONE services, agents and documentation with direct contextual links.
Every AI-ONE action is routed through AGI-ONE's operating layer. That is what makes the Super Agent governable, extensible and ready for professional or enterprise use.
AI-ONE is designed to scale from personal productivity to professional workflows and enterprise operations.
Collects context, prepares summaries, creates reports, tracks decisions and turns management conversations into operational follow-up.
Creates project spaces, organizes documents, keeps worklogs and memory updated, and retrieves project context during every session.
Helps consultants, creators and professionals produce documents, analysis, summaries, diagrams, audio and structured outputs faster.
Becomes the single entry point for employees to access governed AI workflows, agents, knowledge and tools without learning the whole stack.
AI-ONE is the common interaction layer across AGI-ONE Professional and Business today, with Enterprise arriving at platform maturity. The available capabilities expand according to the plan, deployment model and governance requirements.
For advanced professionals and small teams. Strong agent catalog, project workspaces, document intelligence and productivity automation.
A governed shared AI workspace for teams: CREIMS, configured workflows, analytics and priority support. The early focus of the beta and design-partner program.
At platform maturity: private deployment, full governance, custom integrations, security controls and the AI Division operating model — available for qualified organizations after Business validation.
A Super Agent is powerful only if it is governable. AI-ONE is designed to act through AGI-ONE's control plane, not outside it.
Actions, tool usage, outputs and context can be logged and inspected.
Access to tools, data and models can be constrained by user, tenant, plan and environment.
Model and media usage can be routed, measured and optimized through the LLM Gateway.
New tools, data sources and agents can be connected without changing the user-facing interface.
AGI-ONE is open by definition. The platform can integrate best-of-breed open-source agents to leverage the potential of external solutions — but always in a controlled way, inside the AGI-ONE perimeter. They natively use the platform components they need (models, tools, memory, data and communication) while staying within predefined boundaries, policies and audit.
Hermes is the open-source agent dedicated to running the platform's operations: runtime and health checks, Docker and service control, governed deployments and multi-target infrastructure (local, VPS HQ / Web / UAT). Every mutation passes through the Ops Gateway with confirmation, policy and audit — never raw SSH or direct service calls.
OpenClaw is being piloted across several fronts — including security and front-end work — to explore how external open-source agents can extend the platform. It runs inside AGI-ONE's governed environment, using its gateways, memory and LLM routing under an admin profile.
For now, Hermes and OpenClaw are operational agents that support the Admin team only — they are not yet exposed to all platform users.
No. AGI-ONE is the platform. AI-ONE is the Super Agent inside the platform: the user-facing operational interface that orchestrates AGI-ONE's agents, tools, memory, data and workflows.
No. A chatbot primarily answers. AI-ONE is designed to act: create tasks, manage files, retrieve documents, update memory, generate media, send communications and coordinate specialized agents through governed execution paths.
AI-ONE is available across plans, but the depth of capabilities changes by plan. Professional focuses on individual and small-team productivity with strong workflows and agents. Business adds a governed shared workspace, configured workflows and team controls. Enterprise — at platform maturity — adds full governance, deployment flexibility and custom integrations.
Yes. In Business / Enterprise deployments, AI-ONE can operate through AGI-ONE's gateways and connectors, including tools, data sources, communication channels and enterprise systems according to policy and security requirements.
